The control of formation nonmetallic inclusion and the characterization present basis improvement steel product properties lead to sustainable development in design new grades. In order produce steels with better machinability, such as AISI 303 grades, a modification inclusions carefully designed chemical composition is presented. Sulphur by creating sulphide reduces friction cutting resistance, increases brittleness chip.Considering its harmful effect steel, well fact that non-metallic have been insufficiently tested for this type high-alloyed aim research determine effects microalloying on possibility inclusions. Modification zirconium favorably affects ductile step forward study tellurium.It particular importance behavior process production structural part subsequent exploitation. Therefore, plastic processing austenitic stainless was also carried out, forging rolling two different level processing.
